Manassas is the largest city next to us and the one we print for most. The shop is about nine miles northwest, fifteen to twenty minutes out Sudley Road or along Route 29 depending on how Route 234 is behaving.

Old Town shops ordering a short run with their own logo, contractors who need a dozen work shirts and not a pallet of them, church and community groups printing for one weekend, and resellers who press onto their own blanks and want the film ready on Friday morning. Gang sheets do most of the heavy lifting here — one sheet, many designs, one price.

The cutoff, in plain terms
Order before 3 PM EST on a business day and we print and ship the same day. Order after it and the job goes out the next business day. Printing and dispatch together run 24–48 hours; delivery time on top of that depends on where in Manassas you are and which service you pick.

- Medium pressure
- 12–15 seconds press time
- Peel hot or cool — either works

Questions we get from Manassas
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single transfer is a perfectly normal order, and it costs the same per inch as a large one.
Can I bring my own blanks?
You can press our transfers onto anything you like — cotton, polyester, blends and nylon all work. If you would rather we press them, order from the print shop instead and we will print and press in one go.
Do the transfers work on black shirts?
Yes. Every design is laid down over a white ink underbase, so colors stay opaque on black, navy and other dark fabrics rather than going translucent.
How long can I keep an unused transfer?
Months. Keep them flat, cool, dry and out of direct sunlight and they will press as well as the day they were printed — useful if you are printing a season's designs in one go.
