Return & Refund Policy

At DTF Nova, every order is printed specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except when there is a production or printing error on our part. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Production or Printing Errors

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Examples of issues we cover:

  • Printing defects (missing areas, smudging, color errors caused by our process)
  • Items damaged during production or shipping
  • Wrong item, size, or quantity received

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

How to Submit a Claim

Email us at info@dtfnova.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem (and the packaging, if damaged in transit)

Our team will review your claim and respond within [1–2 business days]. If approved, we will reprint your order at no cost or issue a refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom and personalized orders, including customer-supplied designs
  • Issues caused by customer artwork (low resolution, spelling errors, incorrect sizing, or color differences between screen and print)
  • Products damaged by improper application, pressing, or care
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your order has a production error, we will reprint it at no cost.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow [5–10 business days] for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
