Haymarket is the closest town to our press. We print in Gainesville, about four miles east of the Route 15 intersection, which makes collecting an order less of a trip and more of an errand you fold into the school run.
Most Haymarket orders we print are small and personal: team shirts for a youth league, matching hoodies for a family trip, a run of tote bags for a school fundraiser, a logo for a home business run out of Dominion Valley or Piedmont. None of those justify a 24-piece screen-print minimum, which is exactly why DTF exists.

- Build your own gang sheet — arrange several designs on one sheet in the browser and pay once.
- Upload a finished gang sheet — if you have already laid your artwork out, send the file as-is.

Pickup or shipping from Haymarket?
At this distance, shipping rarely makes sense. If you order before the 3 PM EST cutoff on a business day, your transfers are printed that day and you can pick them up rather than pay for postage to travel four miles.
Collections are from 7699 Limestone Dr. #100, Gainesville, VA 20155. Call or email before you set off so we can confirm your order is off the press and boxed.
The cutoff, in plain terms
Order before 3 PM EST on a business day and we print and ship the same day. Order after it and the job goes out the next business day. Printing and dispatch together run 24–48 hours; delivery time on top of that depends on where in Haymarket you are and which service you pick.
Press settings
If you are pressing the transfers yourself, these are the settings we print for:
- 310°F / 155°C platen temperature
- Medium pressure
- 12–15 seconds press time
- Peel hot or cool — either works
- Re-press 5 seconds after peeling to lock the print in

Questions we get from Haymarket
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single transfer is a perfectly normal order, and it costs the same per inch as a large one.
Can I bring my own blanks?
You can press our transfers onto anything you like — cotton, polyester, blends and nylon all work. If you would rather we press them, order from the print shop instead and we will print and press in one go.
Do the transfers work on black shirts?
Yes. Every design is laid down over a white ink underbase, so colors stay opaque on black, navy and other dark fabrics rather than going translucent.
How long can I keep an unused transfer?
Months. Keep them flat, cool, dry and out of direct sunlight and they will press as well as the day they were printed — useful if you are printing a season's designs in one go.
