Can I pick up my DTF transfers today?
Yes. Order by 3 PM EST on a business day with print-ready artwork, choose Local Pickup at checkout, and we email or text you when it is ready. Orders placed after the cutoff are ready the next business day.
What artwork format should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, sized to the print size you want, at 300 DPI. Files that need fixing slow the order down, so check size and resolution before you upload.
Where do I pick up my order?
At Nova DTF, 7699 Limestone Dr. #100, Gainesville, VA 20155, Monday to Friday during pickup hours. Please wait for the ready message before you head over.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single transfer, a short gang sheet or a full production run.
Can you ship if I cannot pick up?
Yes. Choose shipping at checkout instead. Orders placed by 3 PM EST on a business day ship the same day; standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.
How should I press the transfers?
310°F / 155°C, medium pressure, 12–15 seconds, peel hot or cool, then re-press for 5 seconds. The full press recipe and wash instructions are on our home page.
